Meet Duncan Brand

Duncan Brand has spent 20+ years inside some of the world’s most demanding corporate environments—Cisco, Hewlett-Packard, Safeway, Swedish Healthcare, and the Federal Reserve Bank. He’s not a consultant who read books about leadership. He lived it.

After coaching over 2,500 executives and developing programs that trained more than 5,000 leaders, Duncan founded Intrinsic Leader to bring that hard-won experience to organizations serious about investing in their people.

He holds an MBA, an MA in Organizational Leadership, and a BSc in Management Information Systems. But what matters more than the degrees is this: Duncan has sat where you’re sitting. He’s dealt with the politics, the pressure, and the impossible deadlines. He’s built teams, fixed broken cultures, and mentored leaders who went on to run divisions.
